“The Grass is Greener Where You Water It” Earth Day Celebration at The Harold Washington Cultural Center

Dr. Dorothy Jean Tillman II will debut her new book, The Grass is Greener Where You Water It, at The Harold Washington Cultural Center, located at 40701 S. King Drive, starting at 10:00 AM.

This event is $25.00 and includes a copy of the book. The festivities will include live music by Chris Henderson and the Chicago Bluesmen, financial literacy sessions, a one-act production based on the book, and a Q&A session with Dr. Tillman.

Dr. Tillman is a remarkable young leader dedicated to empowering youth and enhancing literacy through innovative STEAM education. Her work has positively impacted communities, and her message also resonates well with seniors and entire families.
